Refund Policy

Each report ($19) is written for your chart and delivered digitally right away, so we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind once the report has been delivered.

We will always make it right if something went wrong. Email support@getdaymaster.com within 14 days of purchase if:

• your report did not generate or the page does not load,
• you entered the wrong birth date, time or place (we will recalculate it for free), or
• you were charged more than once.

Please include the email you used at checkout. We usually reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal.
